You will:

  • Set up test environment for manual, performance and soak test development and execution
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, system, regression, and performance testing based on business requirements, use-cases and engineering functional specs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional engineering and QA teams to ensure adequate test coverage of complex features.
  • Execute test plans using both manual and/or automation means and generate test reports
  • Document and report issues and bugs on JIRA and verify bug fixes and new features
  • Assist in investigating/debugging/troubleshooting software/hardware issues employing tools available e.g. Wireshark, IXIA, etc
  • Actively participate in meetings providing feedback for quality improvement at each test cycle
  • Assist in Creation, deployment and maintenance of system testbeds to replicate different topologies possible with the focus on customer deployment


You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering plus 5 years of experience with Cloud QA
  • Experience/knowledge in at least one of cloud services: Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Experience/knowledge in Virtualization, Micro Services, SOA Architecture, Web Services and REST APIs is a must
  • Experience/knowledge in Cloud computing platforms, tools and technologies (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Cloudwatch, CLI, etc.)
  • Experience/knowledge in Networking L2/L3, and/or Network performance monitoring and/or Network Packet Brokering a plus
  • NW Monitoring Tools experience preferred – e.g. IXIA, Spirent, Wire Shark, others (MUST)
  • Experience/Proficiency in Test Automation (Python and Selenium WebDriver especially) is a PLUS
  • Understanding of QA/Test process including designing test strategies and test plans
  • Ability to work in agile environment
  • Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

The base salary range for this role is $90,000-$160,000 dependent on experience and location. this role is eligible for participation in company annual bonus plan, 401k contribution, pre-IPO stock options, and medical benefits
